    The Spare Part Manager and Shift Coordinator needs to have sufficient automotive maintenance background, especially mechanical and electrical content for modern automated guided vehicles (AGV).

    Responsibilities

    • Support to Project Manager EE Maintenance Technician
    • Responsible for managing spare parts inventory based on demand and cost targets
    • Organize staffing schedules, fulfilling staffing requests and managing breaks
    • Coordinate and manage projects to ensure all are on budget and timely
    • Coordinate between all the various parties and departments which are at work in a project
    • Support with project retrospectives and planning meetings
    • Ensure all project plans are updated and reviewed with PMM on an ongoing basis
    • Perform administrative tasks directed by PMM
    • Ensure project/individual deadlines are met
    • Maintenance of project documentation, plans and reports


     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • Previous administrative or project management experience
    • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
    • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
    • Excellent product knowledge
    • Inventory management experience preferred
    • Good sales and customer service skills
