    We look for an experienced electrical technician that coordinate upgrading & maintaining on-site vehicle fleet to support transform our ideas into tangible products, taking on the role as the Prototype Technician/ Electrical Technician in the vehicle engineering team.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Coordination of upgrading vehicle fleet and manage the workshop and Installation center
    • Provide technical support to the team regarding mechanical and electrical tasks, retrofit of options or van specifications
    • Maintain safe, organized shop environment
    • Support mechanical and electrical engineering teams in the installation of prototype and test systems in the vehicle environment to support engineering product development and work on fleet vehicle

    Qualifications

    • Expertise in automotive systems
    • Ability to read and write wiring and electrical diagrams
    • Mechanical/electrical assembly
    • Familiar with power tools, metal and wood hand tools, machine shop tools
    • In depth knowledge about vehicle systems and electronics and wiring
    • Preferred: ASE Master Certification
    • Familiar with electronics and wiring; hands-on experience in wiring and soldering
    • Knowledge and work experience in automotive industry or upfitter industry
    • Analytical thinking, assertiveness and communication skills, capacity for teamwork. Strong commitment and flexibility
