    Responsibilities

    • Complete formal packaging agreements via CPP system for new launched parts and distribute agreements to needed parties.
    • Provide Packaging Documents to relevant launch suppliers.
    • Data Administration of launch packaging agreements and packaging data sheets.
    • Follow up with part suppliers to retrieve packaging proposals and distribute manuals as needed.
    • Review packaging proposals for accuracy of requested information.
    • Conduct SAP entries in in accordance to with packaging agreement entries.
    • Establish packaging plans in SAP.
    • Tracking of completion status by each launch model via tracking file.
    • Weekly reporting of launch status to team.
    • Support with service part label ordering for new launch suppliers and contacts.
    • Support suppliers with general packaging and labeling questions for launches.
    • Schedule, execute and write meeting minutes for supplier trainings.
    • Document and discuss test shipment results to packaging engineer.

    Qualifications

     

    • BS degree or the equivalent of 4 years proven experience in similar jobs.
    • 3-5 years’ experience in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Excellent SAP skills.
    • Problem solving skills.
    • Project management experience.
