    Responsibilities

    The Packaging Specialist is responsible for aftersales packaging support for parts.

     

    • Coordinating transport packaging with OEM parts suppliers.
    • Packaging quality, technical aspects, supply chain and material planning coordination regarding packaging for Aftersales parts.
    • Presentation and communication of Customer Requirements.
    • Assisting with returnable packaging program.
    • Assistance with packaging, quality of packaging, and supplier compliance.
    • Provide Packaging documents to relevant suppliers.
    • Review packaging proposals for accuracy and requested information.
    • Conduct SAP entries in accordance with packaging agreement entries.
    • Establish packaging plans in SAP.
    • Support with service part label ordering for new launch suppliers and contacts.
    • Support suppliers with general packaging and labelling questions.
    • Document and discuss test shipment results with Packaging Engineer.

    Qualifications

     

    Education and work experience:

    BS degree or equivalent of 3 years experience in a field in manufacturing, logistics or packaging as quality engineer or manager.

    Requirements:

    Experience in automotive industry

    Analytical thinking – using logic and reason

    Communication skills – interpersonal, presentation and written

    Conceptual thinking – creative and strategic
