    • Pre-analyze test results in cooperation with the automotive development departments and suppliers
    • Manage and prioritize documented errors in error management systems (ALM)
    • Coordinate with local Functional Owners to identify and escalate top issues to project showstoppers
    • Report project status and test results to EI, EE-9 and EV departments using reporting tools (Brian, ALM, BEAT)
    • Synchronize and prioritize with other US testing sites regarding the project status and open topics to ensure an aligned feedback. Align top issues with Driver Assistance/Infotainment teams

    • Document test results, including error description, in error management systems (ALM) and escalate if necessary
    • Support test drive arrangements and create result reports for planned DTSV test drives
    • Provide direct support to the manufacturing organization by sharing technical knowledge and assisting in the resolution of customer issues. Interfaces included, but not limited to, Technical Service, Product Planning, TeileClearing, and Marketing
    • Plan test focus & vehicle assignment for weekend test drives for engineering team
    • Communicate regularly with developers in the US and Germany
    • Manage test documentation incl. test cases, test planning, test results, etc.
    • Identify and document all defects and deviations from specification in ticket management tool (ALM), escalating accordingly to the responsible development departments and project management.


    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer or Automotive) REQUIRED
    • Preferred 1-2 years of Infotainment experience with German automotive brand
    • 3-5 years experience with error management software & tooling (QC, ALM, or equivalent)
    • Strong MS Excel and Database skills
    • Valid US Driver's license
    • Ability to pass background check and drug test
    • Available for overnight business travel
    • Effective communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
