    Responsibilities

    • Responsibility for supervising subcontractors and to monitor the proper realization of the body shop work
    • Responsible for summarizing and requesting all necessary information from the Planning team
    • Supporting and preparing the Weekend Work Construction and the Shutdown activities
    • Preparing and supporting the decision finding for on-site solutions
    • Requesting of material to be prepared by logistics for the weekend work activity
    • Making sure the subcontractors understand the scope of work and get all material needed
    • Buyoff of the implemented work by detail review together with subcontractor against the drawing and the provided documents
    • Feedback after installation on the weekend or shutdown activities to the group and the Planners
    • Close collaboration with the Measurement Team to ensure all required KBB kits have been measured
    • Filling of a document (central KBB list) after completion
    • Regular contact with logistics parties on site regarding the delivery status
    • Supporting the Material Arrival in the Supplier Park and the Body Shop

    Qualifications

    • At least 5 years Construction site experience at an automotive company
    • Advanced knowledge to read, understand and open engineering drawings in CAD
    • At least 5 years of leadership experience in Mechanical on-Site experience in Manufacturing Equipment installation and body shop projects
    • Fluent in German, verbal/written/understanding
    • Fluent in English, verbal/written/understanding
    • Proof of certified apprenticeship or completed craftsmen level in the field of industrial mechanic (required)
    • Required competence for the following software and applications:
    • MS Office – (user expertise)
    • CATIA/ JT to Go – (basic knowledge)
    • Strong organizational skills and very structured work
