    Responsibilities

    • Provide support to the Purchasing Team
    • Assist with monitoring purchase orders
    • Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management
    • Provide general administrative and clerical support
    • Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed
    • Maintains rapport with customers, managers, and employees
    • Assist in resolving any administrative problems

    Qualifications

    • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a mus
    • Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
    • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
    • Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills+
    • Willingness to work 20 hours a week
