The Module Planner is responsible for supporting in matters of organizational, development, implementation and the completion of the project management operational activities according to the information from the Module Leaders.

The Module Planner will prepare, moderate and wrap up weekly module rounds, one-on-ones with SE-team leaders and other module specific rounds; prepare presentations needed to be reviewed; active steering of the LOP (follow up on tasks, escalation, documentation of results and feedbacks) The Module Planner will then monitor and control the progress of ALL work activities for all phases of the module, as well as adjusting time outputs to identify and resolve any project/work conflicts, shifts and changes in the project plan until the completion (Final Acceptance) of the project.

• Associates Degree, Bachelor Degree preferred.
• 3+ years Automotive project planning experience.
• Project Management experience.
• Excellent organization, written and oral communication skills.
• Working knowledge of ALL Microsoft Office products.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems i.e. SAP.
• Ability to plan, develop, coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must exhibit honesty, integrity and courtesy in all interactions.
• Must possess strong work ethic in supporting customer needs, responding promptly and consistently.
• Some flexibility in work hours
• Attention to details with the ability to organize, plan and prioritize workloads.
