The Quality Specialist will conduct quality inspection of parts from a technical and quality perspective according to technical drawings, samples, etc.




  • Set up stock checks / rework for non-quality part
  • Download and Communicate check instructions to service provider
  • Prepare communication to CDC e.g. via PowerPoint
  • Processing and updating the Campaign claims based on decision to scrap/return to vendor
  • Confirm and support scrapping
  • Support return to vendor process
  • Issuance of debits to appropriate parties (when applicable)
  • Assisting with information on the choices of rework/scrapping
  • Making the decision on whether a part passes inspection

Technical complaint reports:

  • Monitoring of existing complaint reports in the respective Warehouse IT systems to support necessary escalation levels with the suppliers
  • Proceed / complete complaint reports, this might require additional quality inspection
  • Creation and monitoring of 8D reports in the system
  • Regular communication to Suppliers in case of questions concerning 8D and complaint reports
  • Creation of reports for tracking the requirement for 8D reports to be triggered
  • Rate 8D Reports and ensure completion and effectiveness

Communication of all quality topics with CDC:         

  • Clarification of part quality issues with CDC Quality Management Parts
  • Coordination of quality events and notifications
  • Exchange info of quality blocks
  • Supplier quality issues, first level escalation to coordinate next steps in case of not ok part.
  • QM Module ATLAS Support and communication with CDC

New Parts Packaging Specification Development:

  • Coordination between implementation of new packaging materials used at the customer
  • Coordination between central packaging as a result of new packaging specs created in new parts process
  • Coordinating between New parts (Service Provider), central packaging and Hub as well as packaging material disposition


  • BS degree or equivalent of 3 years’ experience in a field in manufacturing, logistics or packaging as quality engineer or manager
  • Min 2 years’ experience working in quality departments
  • Experience in automotive industry
  • Experience working in packaging environment Analytical thinking – using logic and reason
