    This position located at a major automotive manufacturer and will be responsible for steering warranty related design changes, developing technical solutions using customer specific tools (CATIA V5, TAIS, PQM, GAMS) within the standard designs and manufacturing processes.



    • Perform analysis support for pre-series, series and field issues.
    • Development and verification of concept within process and specification.
    • Take the leadership to steer all involved process partners.
    • Ensure a simultaneous, effective and efficient development and problem solving process.
    • Design and release responsibility for components within the SE-Team as per agreement with the design department in Germany.
    • Leads the cross functional SE-Team and if necessary PST (Problem-Solving Teams), 8D and CST (Cross-System Teams).
    • Develops solutions to highly complex or (un)usual technical problems which require regular use of ingenuity and innovation.
    • Promotes the principles and values of the Plant in daily activities and future plans.


    • BS degree in engineering field (industrial, mechanical, electrical)
    • 2+ years of automotive project management experience including working with component suppliers, development groups, service providers or manufacturer producing or servicing components used in the automotive field.
    • 2+ years experience in your field (quality engineering, design engineering, product engineering, etc.)
    • Automotive experience is required.
    • Professional experience with automotive product management.
    • Ability to drive investigate root cause analysis of functional issues.
    • Knowledge of CATIA V5 DMU.
    • Problem solving experience.
