Responsibilities

  • Document control for Paint Shop area to include Process sheets, Process videos, visual aids and specifications.
  • Responsible for annual document reviews and required updates into Paint specific systems.
  • Document Management System
    • Administer data entry and approval workflows
  • Change Management for Paint Shop processes within area of responsibility
  • IPC trial procedure
    • Document trials through the Paint Shop system
    • Support the Planners and Production management in running trials, documentation and parts delivery for lab approvals as needed
    • Administers consumable database entries
  • Probe oven bodies
    • Set-up and run the probe bodies on a quarterly basis (Coops to assist)
    • Download data and review results with Planner
  • Logistics and inventory tracking
    • Perform weekly inventory of area parts and consumables requiring counts
    • Management of scrap parts and consumables
    • Review results with Planners for SAP adjustments
  • Track units within area of responsibility and support of data entry for the Planners.
  • Validate coordinated changes and Paint Process.
  • Provide overview and results to area Planners.
  • Update process Flow map.
  • Review and make updates as needed based on area change Management.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree in Engineering.
  • OR Associates degree with 4 years' experience.
  • Knowledge of Environmental regulations for air, water and waste.
  • Knowledge of Excel and SAP.
  • Ability to handle a dynamic work group.
