Responsibilities

  • Represent US market with HD Map and ADAS Development
  • Verification and Validation of HD map functions (Map, update, ADAS)
  • Report all HD map / ADAS/ Update issues error reporting tool
  • Root cause analysis via special analysis tools (i.e. ADTF, ROS,..)
  • Troubleshoot and maintain vehicle test environment equipment
  • Prioritize US relevant issues with all stakeholders
  • Provide feedback for approval/release process
  • Interface daily with functional owner in Germany and other US locations (coordinate and prioritize/escalate)
  • Create and validate market specific technical requirements
  • Organize and perform test drives
  • Support in steering suppliers in US

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Computer, or Automotive Engineering.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of development experience preferably with German vehicle manufacturer.
  • Java knowledge is required, understand and adopt the existing tools
  • Some database knowledge (SQlite) is required
  • Maven knowledge is a big plus
  • NDS knowledge is a big plus
  • Valid US Driver’s license with clean DMV.
  • Overnight travel required (30%)
  • Effective communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Prefer technical fluency in German and English
  • Ability to be open to new challenges and learn new things fast
