Open positions in the field of Interior, Exterior or Powertrain develeopment. Professional experience in one of these areas requiered.

Responsibilities

  • Assure Projects must have clear project timelines, tasks, milestones, required resources.
  • Project management of part / component development series support and product update throughout lifecycle.
  • Manage any relevant design changes between customer’s project management / engineering / purchasing / production and product / part supplier.
  • Project status monitoring.
  • Weekly review meeting.
  • Participation in project status meetings.
  • Communicate to management and customers on project statuses.
  • Upon project completion, provide a written report documenting activities.
  • Follow up on tasks, escalation, documentation of results and feedbacks.
  • Analyze data and prepare documents needed for KPI (Key Performance Indicator) monitoring.
  • Regular interfacing with project colleagues in Germany.
  • Maintaining list of open points for scheduling topics.
  • Hands on assistance in the analysis and in resolving any interior / exterior issues during preparation of cars.
  • Participate in engineering and general review as required.
  • Change management.

Qualifications

  • BS degree (Engineering field preferred).
  • Or the equivalent of 4 years proven experience in similar jobs.
  • Experience with the automotive industry  (Interior, Exterior or Powertrain)
  • Professional experience with Interior-Exterior Product management.
  • Project management experience (Project Management Certificate).
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to plan, develop, coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CATIA V5.
  • Excellent organization, written and oral communication skills.
  • Attention to details with the ability to organize, plan and prioritize workloads.
  • German language knowledge preferred.
