The Project Manager is necessary to oversee the multiple projects and provide monitoring of completion rate improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage selected projects to improve completion rate percentages for recalls.
  • Projects must have clear:
    • Project timeline
    • Tasks
    • Milestones
    • Required resources
    • Selected vendor interaction to ensure they are adhering to contracted scope of work.
  • Communicate a minimum of twice a week to management on project statuses.
  • Upon project completion, provide a written report documenting activities.
  • Candidate will create a completion rate monitor using Cognos or other systems 
    • Monitor will include recall ID, vehicles, make/model/year, and percentage of repaired vehicles. 
    • It must be easily accessed at any time and have updates at least once a week.
  • Create a clear process for mail that was not delivered to a customer, work with outside supplier to document undelivered mail, take steps to either correct address information or utilize other means for customer contact – i.e. phone, email, text.
  • Develop a solution to ensure internal databases and external databases carry the same customer address including the capability to maintain the data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Project Management Certificate.
  • 2-4 years Project Management experience.
  • Knowledge of automotive recalls/NHTSA.
  • Must have Microsoft Project or other project software experience.
  • Ability to present in small and large groups.
  • Excel skills to include VLOOKUP, macros, data manipulation.

Salary range $65k-$75k, annual
